As Internal Project Manager for the 71,000-square-foot Discovery Cube Los Angeles, I directed the comprehensive $20M+ launch and grand opening of this landmark facility in Nov 2014. My role involved pioneering a streamlined RFQ/P and contracting system adopted by the City of Los Angeles, managing diverse funding streams from government grants and private donors, and overseeing exhibit projects like the $2M "Science of Hockey" exhibit and a 120-seat 4D theater.

Serving as the central liaison between the Board, executive leadership, and city officials, I ensured that complex multi-million dollar contracts and aggressive fabrication schedules aligned to deliver from the ground up.
